Under Armour and Stephen Curry team up to create a charitable cross-platform NFT drop Are you excited to buy these NFTs?

US-based sportswear brand Under Armour, marking its first appearance in the metaverse, announced a partnership with NBA star Stephen Curry to release a non-fungible token

Under Armour has teamed up with Curry to launch the Curry Flow 9 in virtual reality, so they hired NewKino to help. 2,974 pairs of shoes will be made available for $333 each

For token holders, this virtual sneaker will become wearable in Sandbox, Decentraland & Rumble Kong League. As well as being “usable” on Gala Games

The Curry Flow 9 NFTs will be showcased as videos that show highlights from Stephen Curry's career as well as the design of the shoe.

Images displayed on a wall can also demonstrate different aspects of the shoe. Under Armour has not yet announced when the shoe will be made available.

These NFTs are the result of a mint operation on Polygon 1155 tokens. Polygon is a blockchain and Ethereum alternative and its fairly easy to add it as a new network

As Nike and Adidas enter into the metaverse, Under Armour has the Curry Flow 9 their first entry into this space which has quickly become brands new grounds for competition.
