The rain king Miguel Oliveira claimed the Thailand GP on Sunday

KTM rider Miguel Oliveira was able to stay calm and take the victory during the rainy race in Thailand.

Oliveira crossed the line 0.730 seconds before Ducati pair Miller and Bagnaia at the Chang International Circuit.

“It was a long race, but I can't complain. When it started, I had a flashback of Indonesia,” said Oliveira

Oliveira also showcased his wet-weather skills this season in his victory at the Indonesia MotoGP.

Reigning champion Fabio Quartararo had another disappointing day as he crossed the finish line at 17th position.

Aprilia's Aleix Espargaro didn't enjoy his return to the championship so much.

He had a long stint in the pits for an incident collision finished 11th position.

With just 20 points separating them, the world champion is gaining ground on Quartararo
