Gwyneth Paltrow Joins The BAYC trend and Shares her first Bored Ape NFT on Twitter

Non-fungible tokens are getting a lot of attention lately among celebs and the wealthy. Gwyneth Paltrow has become the newest celebrity to join the BAYC with her recent NFT purchase.

One would think that celebrities who have been involved in cryptocurrencies would stay away from the debate for a little while...

after Paris Hilton and Jimmy Fallon’s attempt to promote Troop's NFTs on Monday night’s broadcast of The Tonight Show.

Gwyneth Paltrow. The Goop founder and former MCU actress, has joined in by tweeting about being a Bored Ape on Twitter.

It seems like many Twitter users disagree with Paltrow's decision to use the company. They say it will tarnish her reputation.

Many have criticized NFTs - in spite of their potential benefits - and made the case that they're just some kind of scam.

Her fan base thinks, rather, that Gwyneth Paltrow is something respectable actresses should not be looking into NFTs.

Some collectors believe that an NFT's value will increase as fast as a physical tangible piece of art. They also believe that these objects will be safe from economic hardships and market crashes.

As of now, they’ve been spot on for a couple of NFTs. This dynamic cube was originally priced at $500 but sold for $17,000 recently.
