Associated Press launching Its NFT Marketplace on Ethereum

The Associated Press (AP) has developed a digital art NFT marketplace and is now making it available to collectors.

With this platform, you will be able to trade tokenized photographs with anonymity—meaning you can trade digital photos without worrying about exposure.

The biggest development for the AP is that their NFT system will include digitized photos of space, climate, and war taken by AP photojournalists.

Notably, Xooa will be one company that builds the marketplace needed to make the initial NFT drop.

Zach Danker-Feldman, Head of Marketplaces at Xooa, is pleased with this innovation. He has said he feels it will represent a powerful link between the virtual world and the real world.

Another exciting component of this launch is that users will be able to mint their NFTs on the Ethereum (ETH) and Polygon networks.

Apart from that, the marketplace will support secondary transactions of debit card payments which helps boost demand for the token.

After its monumental innovation, AP is collaborating with crypto wallet giant Metamask and other major companies such as Binance, Fortmatic, and Coinbase to create the card.

More features have been announced including the ability to withdraw from other marketplaces.

Add social media capabilities to the platform, and provide new content concepts & off-chain benefits for NFT holders.
